PIN
Pin is designed to serve as both a spacer and a pilot pin. When squeezing
action embeds its head into a hole in a metal sheet, displaced material
of the sheet is compelled to flow into the groove of the pin head for
self-clinching.
We manufacture all kinds of lock pins such as Top Pins, Bottom Pins,
Master Pins, Edge Pins and others according to customer’s special design.
Material used can be of Brass (copper), Stainless Steel, Alloy…etc with different types of finishing (plating).

INSERT NUT
Insert Nut are specified designed in
applications helical knurl bands where provide a combination of high
torque and pulling out resistance. Its rapid installs into
thermo-plastics by means of heat or ultrasound, especially where frequent
assembly and disassembly of the unit for service or repair is necessary. It’s part of fasten and orientation.
